LapdogData deletion

You can delete your Lapdog data at any time. There are two levels:
Delete an event
Open the event and choose delete. It moves to your dashboard trash, where you can restore it for 30 days. After 30 days, or if you choose "Delete forever" in the trash, it is permanently removed along with everything tied to it: roster and entrants, enrollment forms and submissions, heats, laps, results, and the archived raw payloads for that event.
Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your account and all data associated with it, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Lapdog account."
We will delete, within 30 days:
- Your organizer account and sign-in identity.
- Every event you own, and all of its rosters, entrants, forms, submissions, heats, laps, and results.
- All archived raw import and submission payloads in object storage.
Events that others shared with you are not deleted, since you do not own them; you are simply removed as a collaborator.
