Tap the Contact / feedback button in the bottom corner of any page to send a question or a bug report without leaving the app. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, leave your email if you'd like a reply, and we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of business days.

Common questions

• How do I run a race? See the help & glossary and the step-by-step walkthrough.
• Different laps for different categories? Set them on the Roster tab under Laps, or let the "Set up my race" wizard build it for you.
• Just want to try it? From your dashboard, tap "Try a demo race" to load a sample event straight into the timer.

Your data & account

See our Privacy page, and Data deletion for removing an event or your whole account. You can also delete your account in the app under Account.
